HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Fill out the contact me form and a 19KC Agent will respond back within 24-48 hours to schedule a consultations or to give you a quote.

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?

Daily Rental Rates applies to games, draping equipment, draping linen, table linens and Event Hosting.

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

You can schedule a discovery call to plan your event.  To secure your date there are 3 options.  

Options 1: Secure your event date and time with a 50% deposit. 

Options 2: Secure your event date with a Full Payment. 

Options 3: HTD fee ( HOLD THE DATE Fee of $25.00.  HTD will only hold your date and time for 7 days.  This HTD fee will go towards balance if you book your event with 19KC.

WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?

ALL CHANGES MUST BE IN WRITING VIA EMAIL OR LETTER.

All order/service changes must be placed in writing or emailed  (19kentralcreation@gmail.com)  as to avoid any errors or confusions regarding your request. You may add to your services however deductions and reductions in the quantity of your previous order does not result in a reduction in price. A detailed invoice will be submitted following any changes to our order by email upon request. Paper copies are provided by request. Additional services required will be billed to you. Emails are considered legal and binding and do not require a signature to be valid. 

  

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

The deposit / retainer fee secures the date, time, services and supplies of 19 Kentral Creation, LLC and is non-refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation.  Full payment must be received no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled event. Your event date will be reserved upon receipt of this contract and payment of the non-refundable retainer fee, whichever occurs first.
